Common questions
Your logs, set records, and progress history are all tied to your active plan. If the system let you wipe and restart freely, every progress report would start from zero — your real training history would vanish.
When you start a new cycle, your past logs and PRs are kept. You get a fresh plan, not a fresh slate.
If a specific exercise doesn't suit you, swap it instead of restarting. Swaps update future sessions without touching your completed work.
- Go to your profile and update your injury — add the affected region and mark it active.
- The app checks your plan against your injury and flags any movements that may aggravate it.
- Tap the swap icon on a flagged exercise to replace it with a safer alternative.
- Your progress reports will respect the injury limit going forward.
If you are experiencing sharp pain, chest pain, dizziness, numbness or loss of sensation, or any symptom that concerns you — stop training and see a healthcare professional. This app does not replace medical assessment.
No. This is a training tool, not medical advice. The plans are generated by an AI model and checked by an automated validator — they are not reviewed by a doctor or certified trainer for your specific situation.
Reports generate automatically at the end of each training week — you do not need to trigger them. When a report is ready, you will see it in the Reports tab. If the system recommends a plan adjustment, you can review and apply it from there.
A swap changes future sessions only. Completed sessions are never modified. The original exercise stays in your log history exactly as it was performed.
